Designed for cats and kittens eight weeks or older, this easy-to-apply flea treatment provides long-lasting, effective control against fleas, ticks, and chewing lice. The fast-acting remedy kills 98 to 100 percent of adult fleas within 24 hours, before they lay eggs. Its active ingredient fipronil (kills newly acquired adult fleas) has been combined with the trusted insect growth regulator (S)-methoprene, which kills flea eggs, larvae, and prevents pupae development. Fipronil collects in the oils of the skin and hair follicles, and continues to be released from hair follicles onto the skin and coat, resulting in long-lasting activity against fleas and all stages of four major ticks, including the one that may carry Lyme disease. Research demonstrates that a monthly treatment kills adult fleas, flea eggs, and flea larvae (preventing development of all flea stages) for up to six weeks and kills ticks for at least one month. Easy to use, simply apply contents of the applicator through the animal’s fur to the skin level between the shoulder blades. Achieve maximum protection with monthly applications, all year round, but be sure not to apply twice within 30 days. Each packet includes three topical applications for three months of protection.

First Aid
If in eyes: Hold eyelids open and flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

Authentic??
I’ve used frontline plus on my cat for two years and am very pleased with the results thus far. My latest purchase ( through an Amazon seller ) arrived yesterday and I’ve yet to use it. Question?: I’ve been told( several times ) that the authentic frontline product does NOT have an expiration date. My latest purchase has an expiration date. Is anyone familiar with this? I don’t want to leave negative feedback based on hearsay but if these folks are buying the overseas product and representing it to be authentic folks should know. If a reader could enlighten me on this I’d appreciate it. Thanks

The Best flea med
I have tried all of the flea medications out there for fleas. This is the only one that works. And this is the only one that my Vet gave to me to use on my cat. And it is alot cheaper here than at the Vets office!!
Put between the shoulder blades or on the middle of the back.. Believe me you will find that spot that your cat can not lick…
